Sudha was recently an interaction designer at Monster Worldwide, where she worked on their employer site (hiring.monster.com). While there, Sudha worked on several projects to improve the site and integrate new and improved functionality. Her responsibilities included serving as a user experience project lead (coordinating efforts of interaction design, copywriting, usability research, and visual design). Among other projects, she served as the UX lead for the first beta of Monster's new Power Resume Search. Read about it here and test it out here. She also assisted in the definition of project requirements, created wireframes and interactive specifications, and created HTML/Javascript prototypes for use in usability testing.
